The struggle undertaken 6 years ago in Switzerland by the association’s President and founder Valérie Wertheimer and her team has now spread to Brussels, Monaco and France since 2003.

Mrs. Bernadette Chirac honoured Action Innocence and guests with her presence, thus demonstrating her personal commitment to the Association.

Natasha St. Pier gave an exceptional concert that delighted over 300 guests who had made a point of coming to support Action Innocence.

The success of this magnificent evening was enhanced by the attendance of numerous personalities, including: Azzedine Alaïa, Mr. and Mrs Paul Belmondo, Victoire de Castellane, Zoé Félix, Florence Foresti, Mr. and Mrs Olivier Lapidus, Michel Leeb, Etienne Mougeotte, Stéphanie Seymour and Elisa Tovati.

As principal sponsor of the event, Piaget had created a dedicated one-of-a-kind watch that was auctioned for the sum of 55,000 euros on behalf of Action Innocence. This model features a dial based on the fingerprint of Laetitia Casta, patroness of the Association in France. This 18-carat Altiplano set with 404 brilliant-cut diamonds is equipped with an ultra-thin Piaget mechanical hand-wound movement measuring a mere 2.1 mm thick.

The funds raised during this soirée will be allocated as follows:
95% will serve to finance the Action Innocence prevention programme conducted in schools (presentations and educational material designed for children, parents and teachers) and to develop technological preventive tools.
5% will serve to run the Action Innocence orphanage in Santo Domingo, which currently houses 135 children, many of whom have been sexually abused.

Piaget, represented by its Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Philippe Léopold-Metzger, is proud to have supported Action Innocence ever since its creation and to be able to contribute to fulfilling its goals.
