As the Louis Vuitton Color Blossom Fine Jewelry collection expands its repertoire of creations in 2026, a jewelry piece that tells the time now debuts: the Color Blossom Watch embodied in a global campaign by House Ambassador Ana de Armas.

Expanding on this year’s host of launches in the Louis Vuitton Color Blossom collection, the House now introduces new watches to further enrich this iconic Fine Jewelry line. The new timepiece captures the design signature, a colorful expression of the Monogram Flower, exuding its signature playful spirit and vibrant chromatic combinations, and set around unique stones sculpted with subtle contours and delicate volumes. A mix of watchmaking and jewelry-making savoir-faire now further elevate the line, presenting imaginative new ways to self-style and wear this emblematic collection. The collection comes to life through a global campaign featuring House Ambassador Ana de Armas, captured by the renowned photography duo Inez & Vinoodh.

A new expression of the Monogram is now presented with the debut Color Blossom watch, which comes in a sun-shaped Monogram Flower case of 26mm. There are four versions in total. A white mother-of-pearl dial is paired with a steel case, a new material for this collection, and accented with a light beige strap for a muted, tonal look. The collection’s signature embrace of vibrant color comes courtesy of a second model with a white mother-of-pearl dial featuring pink hues on a pink gold case, matched with a blush pink strap. Meanwhile, a standout amazonite dial is stylishly paired with a yellow gold case and tone-on-tone turquoise leather strap. Finally a precious version is set with nearly one carat of diamonds, a white mother-of-pearl dial and a pink gold case, complemented by a muted brown strap for an elegant, refined look.

Matthieu Hegi, Artistic Director at La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton says that the idea was to create the perfect jewelry watch to complement the existing silhouette. “We wished to reinterpret an iconic jewelry collection, presenting a women’s timepiece with a jewelry spirit,” he says. “With the mother-of-pearl or hardstone dials, or a diamond-set case, there is also an inherently precious essence, which perfectly reflects the Color Blossom collection.”

Sophisticated and feminine, the new jewelry watch truly reflects the underlying Color Blossom jewelry, while also nodding to iconic codes of the House. Crafted in either gold or steel, the case is sculpted as the sun-shaped Monogram Flower, featuring an elegant, hand-polished pebble shaped profile that speaks to the distinct curved shape that is hallmark of the gemstones in Color Blossom jewelry. A similarly curved sapphire glass, expertly cut and crafted into the shape of the Monogram Flower, rounds out the silhouette. Meanwhile, a flower-shaped crown adds a subtle accent, while a tiny nail motif at the center of the hands nod to Louis Vuitton’s trunkmaking expertise.

Mirroring the Color Blossom jewelry, each gem dial has been crafted using a curved gemstone, creating a gently domed and sculpted surface. Each petal of the flower slopes inward towards the central nail-style stud, creating a refined sense of depth, relief and delicate volume. This also radiates a wonderful play of light and reflection – a key pillar of the Color Blossom collection.

La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton’s watchmaking expertise is further captured on the dial’s eye-catching and graphic, tone-on-tone railtrack motif. This has notably been stamped on the face, which was a technical challenge itself: stamping a delicate gemstone dial – either in mother-of-pearl or amazonite – requires the precise calculation of pressure to match the stone’s fragility. Adding to the complexity are the ultra-thin nature of the dials, which during the production phase always sees a risk of breakage. As Matthieu Hegi describes: “To highlight the time display and make it easy to read the time, we added this very discreet, almost tone-on-tone railway minute track. The motif carries over from the flower form of the case, creating this two-fold flower shape for time reading and which further accentuates the Blossom aspect.”

To enhance the House’s Parisian identity alongside its Swiss watchmaking savoir-faire, the dual signatures of ’Louis Vuitton Paris’ and ’Swiss Made’ are also stamped on the dial.

Coming in either mother-of-pearl or amazonite, the new dials further echo Color Blossom’s sophisticated, jewelry-making savoir-faire. The gemstone selection for the dials encompasses the same rigorous criteria as the jewelry, where only the purest natural gems make the cut. Mother-of-pearl, an organic gem naturally formed inside shells, is chosen for its iridescent reflections, embracing femininity, softness and protection. Only the purest Australian white mother-of-pearl – with the highest 3A grade – is used.

Meanwhile, amazonite is also chosen for its symbolism. A calming yet luminous stone that feels both soothing and quietly vibrant, the gemstone embodies independence and courage, chiming well with the essence of Louis Vuitton. And just like Color Blossom jewelry, the amazonite used for the watch hails exclusively from Brazil, which is famed for its high quality stones and feature a notably pure and homogenous color. Whereas mother-of-pearl is organic in nature, amazonite is a mineral gemstone – and finding the right amazonite from Brazil was another challenge that took years of sourcing. Each rough stone had to meet the House’s strict criteria and which poetically nods to Louis Vuitton’s Art of travel, exploration and commitment to creative boldness.

All the gemstones in the collection must further meet strict parameters for transparency and brilliance – and while this ensures uniformity after the pieces are cut and mounted, gemstone selection still remains a very human art and endeavor. One must consider the subtle variations in hues from one gemstone to the next, celebrating the natural material’s authenticity and singularity. Special attention is also paid to the character of the natural veining, especially for amazonite. The House’s gems department carefully examines each block of stone, searching for the right mineral color palette that reflects the Louis Vuitton DNA. Amazonite is a stone rarely found in jewelry today, and it glows with a unique freshness and energy that works particularly well when stacked with Color Blossom jewels.

Next comes the technical challenge of cutting the stones for ultra-thin dials. Measuring between 0.3 to 0.6mm in thickness, this is notably a third the thickness of a Color Blossom jewel, yet still preserves the stone’s integrity. Once sliced, precision machinery is used to delicately curve and shape the stones into the same, signature rounded aesthetic and luminosity found on Color Blossom jewelry. Finally, to achieve a perfectly smooth and glossy finish, and highlighting the hallmark subtle volumes, each dial is then hand polished in-house at La Fabrique des Arts.

The new dials further showcase Louis Vuitton’s imaginative approach to jewelry – and exploring the inherent wearability and styling options that are at the heart of Color Blossom. White mother-of-pearl is paired with steel for the first time in the collection, and accented with a light beige strap. The soft, muted tones harmonize beautifully with the collection’s rose gold accented jewelry.

Elsewhere a powdery pink-style watch comes in a pink gold case paired with a pale pink strap. Here the case – at around 26mm and much larger than the mother-of-pearl used in Color Blossom jewelry – has been given a special artistic finish: the white mother-of-pearl dial has been hand-painted on the reverse with pink hues, creating a soft pink shade that has been meticulously researched in-house to achieve the right tone. The result is a stunning pink-effect dial that retains the white mother-of-pearl’s natural iridescence and luminosity, while matching the pink mother-of-pearl Color Blossom jewels. The added layer of workmanship also helps to conceal the quartz movement below. Finally – and reflecting one of the key launches for Color Blossom jewelry this year – a precious pavé watch comes snow-set with 103 brilliant-cut diamonds of 0.91 carats in total, shimmering against a pink gold case and white mother-of-pearl dial.

Beautifully embracing Color Blossom’s playful spirit with vibrant pop colors, and themed around its signature feminine and soft, sculpted Monogram Flower silhouette, the new Color Blossom watch truly sits at the crossroads of jewelry and watches. A dedicated Color Blossom bijou that tells the time, and which as ever invites wearers to self-style and make the pieces their own– this debut marks the latest chapter of an ever-evolving and ever-emblematic Fine Jewelry collection.
