Ebel proudly introduces its gorgeous new face, Gisele Bündchen. The show-stopping young Brazilian-born super model was chosen for her fresh, spontaneous approach to life, which speaks directly to a new generation of consumers. She admirably embodies the sensual elegance and natural sophistication inherent to the Ebel spirit.
Among other roles, Gisele will be personifying the brand-new BRASILIA line by Ebel, since the unveiling of the first advertising visuals will be timed to coincide with the launch of these head-turning new timepieces. Featuring luxurious black and white photography as in the 2004/5 campaign, the new adverts will feature stronger contrasts and enhanced glamour, giving them even more edge, character and status.
In order to capture Gisele’s glowing beauty and radiant vitality, Ebel has drawn upon the talents of Swedish photographer Mikael Jansson, a well-known name in the fashion world. The shooting took place in November 2005 on Hollywood Hill, Los Angeles, an ideal place to reflect the energy Ebel wishes to convey through this new campaign.
Gisele Bündchen, quintessential femininity
Regularly gracing the covers of prestigious high-fashion and mainstream magazines, Gisele is arguably the world’s most popular model. Born into a large, loving family in the southern Brazilian village of Horizontina, she keeps in touch with her roots whenever her fast-paced lifestyle permits. Despite her planetary award-winning success as a model, budding actress and savvy businesswoman, she has remained a warm and friendly individual who also shows consistent concern for humanitarian issues and charity work. The industry’s most talented photographers have vied for the privilege of immortalizing her unique beauty and stunning runway presence.
