Reflections of femininity
La Cote des Montres - October 5th, 2007

Through its longstanding reciprocal love story with women, Ebel has developed an infallible instinct for understanding and catering to their infinite variety of personalities and tastes. Lady Brasilia Chronograph represents the brand’s intuitive response to the desires of those with a preference for large models with a mechanical beating heart.

Driven by an automatic chronograph movement, this elegant watch features central hour and minute hands and a small seconds subdial at 3 o’clock, along with 12-hour, 30-minute and 60-second chronograph functions, respectively displayed by dedicated red pointers in subdials at 6 and 9 o’clock and by a red central chronograph seconds hand. The polished stainless steel case is distinguished by the superbly streamlined geometrical pushers on the right-hand edge, entirely in harmony with the emblematic curves of the design. Complete with a white ceramic pusher guard and framing a notched crown bearing the Ebel logo, they enhance the original, luminous architecture and refined finishing of this gracefully sculptural model. The case is adorned on either side with a double row of brilliant-cut diamonds.

Meticulously set in the inimitable Ebel style in order to create an exquisitely soft, smooth appearance and feel, these sparkling gems further intensify the radiance of the galvanic silver dial with its shimmering white mother-of-pearl counters, applied Roman numerals and hour-markers highlighted with Super-LumiNova.

Securing this glamorous model to the wrist, the perfectly integrated and superbly comfortable band reinforces its youthful, sunny mood. This supple white rubber strap with its “Clous de Paris” motif, complete with Ebel’s exclusive patented double clasp, ensures a perfectly comfortable fit and prolongs the harmonious lines of the case. Such subtle and original associations of materials accentuate the depth and character of this inherently dynamic and original timepiece. Generously sized, Lady Brasilia Chronograph is a stunningly elegant wristworn embodiment of perpetual summer.
