Reine de Naples Crazy Flower and Perles Impériales
Reine de Naples Crazy Flower and Perles Impériales
Double jeweller
November 25th, 2025
The Reine de Naples is Breguet’s only 100% feminine collection. To mark the Manufacture’s 250
th anniversary, two new High Jewellery versions are being unveiled: the Crazy Flower and Perles Impériales, crafted in Breguet gold.
Supple, elegant and natural: the two new Reines de Naples, Crazy Flower and Perles Impériales, share the same DNA. These two stunning creations delicately combine Haute Horlogerie and Haute Joaillerie. The first, the Crazy Flower, features 436 diamonds.
Entirely paved (dial, bezel, middle, crown) in a mobile and delicate composition where the sparkle of the diamonds intensely reflects the warm tones of Breguet gold. The second, Perles Impériales, combines Akoya pearls with an integral setting against an opal dial background.
The precious hours
of the Reine de Naples
Like a flower sensitive to the breeze that caresses it, the diamonds in the Reine de Naples Crazy Flower move fluidly to reflect the suppleness of the wrist’s movements. The piece is directly inspired by the frangipani flower, whose yellow and white colours echo the diamonds and Breguet gold.
For this piece, Breguet’s jewellery craftsmen have designed several mobile corolla, entirely handcrafted and paved with baguette-cut diamonds. Concentric and ovoid, each ring precisely reproduces the emblematic line of the Reine de Naples collection. The stones are set one by one, by hand, in this mobile structure in Breguet gold, which ensures their mobility.
The double curvature of the paved corollas allows them to follow the natural curve of the wrist. Free to move with grace and lightness, the gesture will bring the Crazy Flower to life, reproducing all its undulations with perfect fluidity.
At the heart of the piece is a dial that is also entirely paved. Cradled in its centre, it features two Breguet hands on the lower part of the dial. They are carefully curved by hand to fit the natural curve of the dial. The hours and minutes are marked by a path of diamonds; set around, the curved surface of the dial features a unique setting.
Developed specifically for this unusual geometry, it is inverted: the table of the stones is at the bottom, with the point facing upwards. The allegory is explicit: each diamond reproduces the pistil of the flower in its own way. The result captures the light in a unique and unusual way. Each ray of sunlight curls around the diamond pistils, winds its way through this precious forest, and is reflected in the curves and volutes of the Breguet gold.
At noon, a Breguet gold cartouche signs the piece, powered by the calibre 586/1, with a 38-hour power reserve. This movement, only 3.9 mm thick, is visible through its sapphire crystal case back, where we discover for the first time in this version its hand-guilloché platinum oscillating weight with a two-tone
“Petit Trianon” motif.
It marks the exceptional timepiece’s place among the new releases celebrating the 250
th anniversary of the Breguet Manufacture.
Each piece, made to order, comes with a champagne-coloured satin-effect alligator strap fitted with a triple Breguet folding clasp, set with 28 diamonds. The Queen of Naples Crazy Flower features a total of 436 diamonds weighing 37.2 carats.
Reine de Naples
Perles Impériales
A tribute to the Akoya pearl
The Reine de Naples Perles Impériales features a mineral composition centred on the iconic Akoya pearl. Considered the most precious of all pearls, it has a perfectly smooth, round and iridescent surface. It has been cultivated in Japan since the end of the 19
th century.
The Manufacture Breguet brought it to Europe in the same century, when Caroline Murat, Queen of Naples (1782–1839), received what was truly the first watch designed to be worn on the wrist from Abraham-Louis Breguet.
The Reine de Naples Perles Impériales offers a subtle dialogue between stones and shapes. Diamonds are omnipresent, adorning the case middle, flange and bezel, whose heart-shaped claws create an original and unique setting. This latticework encircles the case within a basket that holds 38 diamonds of varying sizes. Each of these alcoves is cut, polished, flame-welded and hand-finished in Breguet gold.
On the dial side, two Breguet hands made of the same gold hover over a dial set with 211 brilliant-cut diamonds and a pearshaped diamond set at 12 o’clock, with the time displayed on an noble opal base.
Originating from Brazil, the Akoya pearls radiate iridescent reflections ranging from yellow to grey, passing through green, pink and blue. Four Breguet numerals and eight gold studs punctuate the hour circle.
At 6 o’clock, the perfect sphere of the Akoya pearl echoes the ellipse of the case. It occupies the place of the famous ball attachment, the aesthetic signature of the Reine de Naples collection. Soft and sensual, it closes the bezel with its delicate mother-of-pearl, before opening onto a unique Breguet gold bracelet, the central row of which is composed entirely of Akoya pearls.
On either side are two other Breguet gold links. Supple and articulated, this composition bridges the gap between pearl and gold – a playful juxtaposition of materials.. A second champagne-coloured satin-effect alligator leather bracelet is also available.
On the back, the Reine de Naples Perles Impériales opens onto the sapphire crystal revealing a hand-guilloché platinum oscillating weight decorated with the
“Petit Trianon3 motif and topped with the Quai de l’Horloge guilloché. The calibre 586/1, numbered and signed Breguet, offers a 38- hour power reserve.
