Geneva, Switzerland – Philipp Plein celebrated the launch of the Crypto King and Crypto Queen collections at the Fairmont Grand Hotel Geneva.

Guests had the opportunity to discover the timepieces during the day and to engage with Philipp Plein. As the sun set over lake Geneva, a professional parachutist in a black-tie suit, sponsored by Red Bull, jumped from a helicopter and delivered the time machines at the event location to mark the beginning of the soiree. Guests were then treated to an upbeat cocktail celebration including a special performance by the iconic Bonnie Tyler.

Truly one-of-a-kind, the Crypto King & Crypto Queen project combines a hyper-luxurious timepiece with an NFT. Debuting at Watches and Wonders 2023, the collection comprises eight Crypto King and six Crypto King Time Machines and serves as the first “phygitial” project, demonstrating Philipp Plein’s finesse at combining innovation and luxury to create something wholly unique. Further adding to their value and exclusivity, the watches are entirely Made in Switzerland.

Philipp Plein will introduce his luxury timepieces, made in Switzerland in all his stores & flagship stores and at selected distributors worldwide with a dedicated shopping experience.

The Philipp Plein Swiss Made debut is spectacular and unique, with a full-on phygital experience, from the unboxing to the actual wear. The high-end box set comes with a digital screen playing the latest digital art content created by Antoni Tudisco. For the first time in the luxury watch making industry, the purchase of a physical luxury watch is linked to the acquisition of digital NFT art. The PHILIPP PLEIN luxury watch owner, becomes automatically also an NFT art collector. With the purchase of each watch, every Philipp Plein customer also receives an exclusive, collectible, limited edition NFT (Non-Fungible Token) created by the world leading NFT artist Antoni Tudisco.
