Hermes Purse Watch Hermès, Paris, Otomato. Made by Henry Moser & Cie, Le Locle, Swiss, circa 1930. Fine and very unusual, sterling silver crocodile-covered, keyless purse watch with spring-loaded sliding shutters. Accompanied by a fitted box.

C. Silver rectangular, crocodile covered, with engine-turned shutters and polished thumb bars. D. Matte silver with painted Arabic numerals, outer minute track with Arabic 24-hour markers, sunk subsidiary seconds dial. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 10''', rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring. Signed by Hermès on the dial, Moser trademark on the movement. Dim. 60 x 35 mm.
