C. shaped, massive, polished, sapphire set windingcrown. D. mat silver, with painted Arabic numerals. " Breguet" blued steel hands. M. 10 3/4— signed Cartier Paris, rhodiumed, "fausses côtes" decoration, 18 jewels, lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 8 positions, Breguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed. In excellent condition. Dim. 29x32 mm.
