Perseus' Helmet Unsigned, Geneva, circa 1810. Fine and amusing 18 ct. gold and enamel concealed dial form watch in the shape of a helmet.

C. Two-body, spring-loaded to reveal the dial, the helmet in predominantly dark blue opaque enamel decorated with a winged horse on both sides with gold leaf decoration, the brim also in enamel with gold decoration, gold chin-strap. D. White enamel, Arabic numerals, outer minute dot divisions, Arabic 15 minutes. Gold 'spade' hands. M. 20. 5 mm o, hinged, gilt brass full plate, cylindrical pillars, fusee and chain, verge escapement, plain brass balance, continental cock pierced and engraved with rdial scrolling, rack and pinion regulator withsilver plate.
