Cartier Paris "Baguette Or Coulissant", N°3299, 1940's. Very fine "Duo-Plan", rectangular, 18ct gold lady's wristwatch with concealed dial, with 18 ct pink gold deployant clasp.

C. massive, polished, reeded bezel, dust protectingcap, back winder. D. concealed, white with painted Arabic numerals. "Bāton" blued steel hands. M. 4"' signed Jaeger "Duo-Plan", baguette, rhodiumed, 15 jewels, lateral lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance adjusted to 2 positions, flat balance-spring. Dial and movement signed, numbered on the case. In very good condition. Dim. 18 x 29 mm.
