C. Four body, massive "Empire" with milled bezels, polished back and band. Hinged engineturned gold cuvette with mention of the Observatory trials. D. Gold engine-turned with raised Roman numerals and sunk subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. 20"', threequarter plate, nickel plated, " fausses côtes" decoration, gold wheel train, 20 jewels in screwed settings, counterpoised straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic balance, balance spring with terminal curve. Signed on the cuvette. In very good condition. Diam. 51 mm.
