Rolex "Chronographe Rattrapante", Ref. 4113. Made in a limited series of 12 examples only in 1942. Exceptionally rare and extremely fine, oversized, stainless steel gentleman's wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, tachometer and telemeter and coaxial button on the winding-crown.

C. Three-body, polished and brushed, stepped concave lugs. D. Matte silver withapplied pink gold Arabic numerals and baton indexes, guilloché sunk subsidiary secondsand 30-minute register dials, outer 1/5th second track and tachometer graduation in blue Arabic numerals, concentric, telemeter scale. Steel "Baton" hands. M. Cal. 17 1/2''' rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensatingBreguet balance-spring. Dial, case and movement signed, the coaxial single button on the winding-crown is for start-stop andreturn to zero functions of the chronograph. Diam. 44 mm.
