Paris, December, 12 2007 – Belles Montres, The International Prestige Watch Fair, which took place Carrousel du Louvre, from Friday 7 until Saturday 9 December 2007, just closed its doors.

This first edition, expected from all the amateurs of prestigious Watchmaking, really kept its promises !

More than 7000 visitors-professionnals, journalists, passionnates, collectors, have so had the opportunity to discover, 3 days long, gathered for the first time in a unique setting in Paris, the most beautiful watches of prestigious brands such as

This fair was the unique occasion to try some great watches on but also to learn more about the Planétaire-Tellurium Richard Mille, a rare and complex achievement.

Many animations were also to be discovered. La Fondation de la Haute Horlogerie took the opportunity of Belles Montres to stage a unique exhibition on "The Chronograph, an expression of the modern era" , presenting some 70 exceptional pieces loaned by watch museums and by the Foundation’s partner-brands. Christie’s, created the vent by offering the visitors a valuation of their collector’s watches.

Contented vistors, qualitative partners and service offered by Maserati, and exhibitors available to answer to the connoisseurs questions, these are the elements which have created the success of Belles Montres.
