th anniversary. To mark the occasion, the brand is pleased to open a new exhibition at the Musée Atelier Audemars Piguet in Le Brassus. Titled
“The House of Wonders”, the exhibition invites the public to discover the brand’s story through the lens of those who shaped it with their passion, know-how, and meticulous craftmanship. In addition to the exhibition, the museum is pleased to introduce several initiatives offering a new perspective of the brand, including masterclasses for children and adults, and an installation showcasing the work of the Audemars Piguet Foundations.

that have shaped
Audemars Piguet
On the occasion of the Audemars Piguet’s 150
th anniversary, the Musée Atelier is opening a temporary exhibition alongside its permanent collection, retracing the history of the brand and those who have contributed towards pushing the limits of watchmaking. Over the course of seven stages, visitors are invited to discover the men and women that have made Audemars Piguet and the Vallée de Joux tick since 1875.
In reference to the Manufacturer’s original atelier, built in 1907,
“The House of Wonders” welcomes visitors home, to the heart of Audemars Piguet’s universe. Immersive and playful, the path then guides the public on a journey from one room to the next, where they will discover unpublished archives in the gallery of portraits and pass through a forest among other surprises!

Through immersive scenography, the temporary exhibition “The House of Wonders” takes visitors deep into the story of the Manufacturers.
From the early days of the
Établissage, where specialised workshops produced components to assemble complete watches, Audemars Piguet has always valued collaboration and individual talent. In this same spirit,
“The House of Wonders” shines a light on the generations of watchmakers and craftspeople who have contributed to Audemars Piguet’s success.
Appealing to watchmaking experts and novices alike, this engaging – and at times moving – exhibition will run until the end of 2026. A variation of
“The House of Wonders” will also be presented in Shanghai in May and in Dubai in November of this year.

the Audemars Piguet foundations
For the first time, the Musée Atelier is pleased to showcase the work of the Audemars Piguet Foundations with a new installation inspired by astronomy and Horlogerie. Located in the Founders’ Hall, the interactive display illustrates the impact of the Foundations’ activities around the world, giving visitors a unique insight into Audemars Piguet’s environmental and social engagements beyond the realm of watchmaking.
Since 1992, the Audemars Piguet Foundations have supported over 200 projects across some 80 countries. Active in the environmental, social, and educational fields, they work towards a sustainable world in which everyone can reach their full potential as part of resilient and self-sufficient communities.

The Musée Atelier is please to launch three new masterclasses, starting with
“Shaping Materials – 150 years” in April. Limited to six participants, this masterclass will take place on Thursday afternoons and introduces the diverse materials used in watchmaking, taking guests through Audemars Piguet’s rich history with select pieces from its heritage collection.
Also from April, the museum will welcome children ages 8 to 12 to discover the world of watchmaking and the Vallée de Joux. They will have the opportunity to see selected timepieces and even step into the shoes of a watchmaker to assemble part of Calibre 4302. Taking place on Wednesday afternoon and limited to four children per group, this educational and fun masterclass is a great way to introduce the young generation to a new world. And who knows… it might just inspire some future watchmakers!
Lastly,
“Origins of the Royal Oak”, celebrates Audemars Piguet’s most iconic model: the Royal Oak. Limited to six participants, this 4-hour workshop takes place on Friday afternoons starting in May. Combining theory and practice, participants will have the chance to assemble a case and a Calibre 4302, before trying their hand at decorative techniques emblematic of the Royal Oak.
